Frequently Asked Questions

What products do you sell?

We specialise in incontinence care products including pads, pants, bed protection, and skincare. All products are selected for comfort, reliability, and discretion.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — orders over £49 qualify for free standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48). Orders under £49 are charged at £3.49 for standard delivery or £4.99 for next-day delivery.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.

When will I receive my order?

Standard delivery (Tracked 48) typically arrives within 2–3 working days. Next-day delivery (Tracked 24) arrives the following working day when ordered before 2pm.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.

Can I return a product?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened incontinence products. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I request a return?

Email us at orders@vitalitycare.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not dispatch on Sundays. Saturday orders are dispatched subject to Royal Mail's 12pm collection cutoff.
